Ventro Core is a self-guided wellness tool and does not provide clinical intervention or emergency services.

1. Technical Support & Troubleshooting
My journals or drawings aren't syncing.
Ensure you are logged into your account and have a stable internet connection. If the issue persists:
- Check for App Store/Google Play updates.
- Try logging out and logging back in.
- Confirm notifications and network permissions allow the app to reach our servers (Wi‑Fi or cellular).
The soundscapes are cutting out.
This is usually caused by "Battery Optimization" settings on your device. Please ensure Ventro Core is allowed to run in the background so your meditation isn't interrupted.
How do I reset my password?
On the Login screen, tap "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email. You will receive a one-time code (OTP) by email—enter it, then set a new password on the next screens.
2. Privacy & Data Management
Are my journals private?
Yes. Your reflections are protected in transit and handled according to our Privacy Policy. We use service providers (such as PostHog for optional product analytics and Google Firebase for push notifications) only as described there—we do not sell your journal content.
How do I delete my data?
We believe in your "Right to be Forgotten." You can delete your entire account and all associated data (journals, drawings, and progress) from Profile → Account & Security → Delete Account. Note: This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
3. Subscriptions & Billing
How do I cancel my premium subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through Apple (App Store) or Google Play, depending on your device. To manage or cancel your plan, open Profile → Subscription—that opens your store's subscriptions page where you can update payment details, change plans, or cancel renewal. You can also manage subscriptions directly from iOS Settings or the Google Play app.
Can I get a refund?
Refunds for subscriptions are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies. On iOS, use Apple's "Report a Problem" page; on Android, use Google Play's order history. Email us at contact@ventro-core.com if you have questions and we will help where we are able.
